Radio Programming Order Form (Free Download)

The order form download is free — the programming service itself is $20 or $40 per radio, depending on the job.

Standard — $20/radio: GMRS channels or a simple ham setup.

Involved — $40/radio: full channel lists, multiple repeaters, or mixed GMRS/ham builds.

Download and print this order form, fill it out, and either email it to KK7TRGradio@gmail.com or bring it with you (along with your radio and programming cable, if you have one) to St. Helens, Oregon to schedule a time. Covers GMRS channel programming and amateur (ham) repeater/simplex programming.

Note: GMRS and amateur radio operation both require the operator's own valid FCC license — confirming your license status is your responsibility, not part of this service.
